  • Balance of interests (contract) to fulfill the delivery/order the customer has ordered.

Hound Jeans ApS collects standard personal data for:

  • To be able to send you newsletters and information about our products and events
  • To be able to make a delivery of the goods and services you have ordered

What personal data does the company collect?

We collect the following personal data about you:

Newsletter: Once your consent has been given, we save your email address and delete it when you withdraw your consent

To shop at www.hound.dk, you must provide at least

- Name
- Address
- Email address
- Telephone / mobile number

The above data is stored with information about the items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, see. Section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted. 

How does the company process your information?

Hound Jeans ApS processes personal data confidentially and ensures that only personnel who need access to your information have access. We only use personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Regulation/Data Protection Act.

What information do we pass on?

Standard personal data forwarded to:

  • Name and delivery address for transport company
  • Your comments you have written in connection with a delivery

The company transfers the following personal data to the following third countries or internationally. No data is transferred.
